I wanted to share my outstanding experience with this company! I ordered some stamps a few weeks ago, and was upset when I received the wrong order in the mail. I had ordered the stamps to finish some cards that were part of a baby shower gift. Not only did Melanie respond to my email within hours of receiving it (late on a Saturday afternoon), she told me she was shipping the right stamps out on Monday and would follow up with the tracking number once she had one. Melanie emailed me Monday morning to give me the tracking number. She even followed up to see if they arrived on Wednesday as scheduled. She even told me to keep the stamps I had received on them. I was so impressed!
I work in a customer-oriented environment, and this was among the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have already told my friends about the adorable stamps on this site. I will definitely be buying more.
I was looking for you "RULES" on your Challenges.... Can anyone join in? or do you have to use your stamps only? Found you through a friends blog and thought I better ask before I link my project. THANKS! :)

The confirmation I received on my order last week has not been updated (which I have never had this happen as much as I order from other businesses weekly). I would like to know when can I expect my package. I sent 2 emails and i am still waiting on a response. lpannell026@gmail.com

I just want to make sure you got my order, that you are still in business, and when my stamps will ship and when can I expect to get them. Please email me and let me know. I'm a little nervous buying from a blog and then not getting any notice of order or reply to email and this was a few days ago!
I ordered two sets of stamps but only got one. This is the first time that I have ordered from them n it might be the last. I have emailed them twice n not heard anything from them. They got there payment now I want my Bewitched stamp set. Eleanor Scoville
